We're located throughout Northwest Florida.

Southern operates in a 200 mile wide stretch along Florida’s Northwest Gulf Coast. While some of our businesses concentrate on the coastal communities, others reach into neighboring towns and cities to the north. Either way, we won’t let the boundaries close us in and are always looking to expand, adding new communities and properties to represent.

Our east operations are located in Port St. Joe, WindMark Beach, Mexico Beach, Panama City Beach and the South Walton beach communities. Our west end starts in Destin and goes to Fort Walton Beach, Navarre Beach, Pensacola and, in Perdido Key where our Pointe South companies already reach into the eastern shores of Alabama.

The North end encompasses Crestview, Freeport, Niceville, Shalimar and more.
