Job Summary:

The Director of Owner Relations (DOR) objective is to provide support and leadership to owner relations managers. This position is responsible for the overall management and administration of the properties enrolled in the rental programs, inducing owner relations, asset management, renewal efforts and business development. The Director of Owner Relations is responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining Owner Relations Managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; as well as providing educational opportunities.
